38 leaked Silver Palace images, and the three faces that repeat

Thirty-eight pieces of Silver Palace art started circulating this week. None of it came from Elementa, none of it has been announced, and nothing in it is confirmed to be in the game. It is collected here so you can look at the whole set in one place instead of hunting through reposts.

The captions describe what is on screen and nothing else. None of this art arrived with a name attached, and guessing at one would invent the very thing you came here to check.

The wide pieces look like Motive artwork

Twenty-eight of the images are wide, close to two to one. That is the shape Motive artwork uses in game, the full illustration behind a Motive rather than the small icon, and it is the strongest structural hint in the batch. The subjects lean hard into storybooks: Red Riding Hood twice, Snow White and the apple, two figures flying over a moonlit island, a ballroom under a stopped clock. Silver Palace already builds its Motives out of fairy tales, so this reads as more of the same rather than a change of direction.

Framed character pieces

Five images are square or close to it, with the art floating on black inside a decorative border. Two of the characters here also turn up in the wide set above, which is the first sign that this is one batch rather than a pile of unrelated art.

Full-body design sheets

Five more are tall, full-body, and sit on flat grey or white. These look least like finished marketing art and most like reference sheets, which is also what makes them the clearest look at costume detail in the whole set. Click any of them to see it full size.

Three faces that repeat

The interesting part is not any single image, it is the overlap.

A pink-haired character in a wheelchair appears three times, across all three groups: in a snowy graveyard, on a snowfield with a penguin at the wheel, and in a framed square piece beneath a crown of white hands. That is more coverage than anything else in the set gets.

A dark-haired character with a paper plane appears twice, once in a framed piece over a white cityscape and once on a design sheet.

A blue-haired character in a maid uniform appears three times, on a chaise, lying among scattered objects, and on a sheet surrounded by white doves.

None of the three matches anyone on the current roster. That repetition is the reason this looks like one coherent batch and not scattered art from different places, and it is the one thing here you can verify yourself by scrolling back up. Whether any of it ships in this form is a different question, and nobody can answer it yet.

Are these Silver Palace images official?

No. Nothing in this gallery came from Elementa or from any announced material. It is art circulating in the community, published here as a gallery and nothing more.

Are these new Silver Palace characters?

Several of the characters shown do not match anyone Elementa has revealed. That is an observation about the images, not a confirmation. No new characters have been announced, and art existing is not the same as a character shipping.

Are the wide images Motive artwork?

They are the right shape for it, close to two to one, which is what Motive artwork uses in game. Nothing in the images labels them, so the shape is the only evidence there is.

Will this art change before release?
