Silver Palace Implements
All 56 Implement pieces with their stats at every rarity and every level, and the 14 set bonuses they feed.
Implements are the four gear pieces every character wears alongside their Motive and their one Epiphany: a Head, a Neck, a Secondary Weapon and an Accessory. The Secondary Weapon slot is gear despite the name, and has nothing to do with the Motive layer.
There are 56 pieces across 14 sets. Every set spans all four slots, so a full four-piece set is one Head, one Neck, one Secondary Weapon and one Accessory, never two of the same slot. Wear all four and you get that set's bonus on top of the stats each piece already gives you.
Nothing here rolls. The in-game UI calls the stat lines on a piece substats, but a second copy of the same piece at the same rarity is identical to the one you are wearing, which means there is a calculable best in slot for every character rather than a grind for better numbers. The rollable substats in Silver Palace live on your single Epiphany instead.
Two things scale a piece: rarity and level. Rarity runs gray, green, blue, purple, orange, and it changes how large the same fixed numbers are rather than what they do. Levels arrive in five steps, Lv. 20, 40, 60, 70, 80, and a piece comes at its level rather than being upgraded into it. Use the star row and the slider on any piece's page to read both.
The equipment guide covers the wider system: Catalysts, the Reactor, and how Implements sit next to Motives and Epiphanies.
All 56 Implements
Grouped by set, in slot order. The star row picks which rarity the grid reads at; every card shows its first main stat at Lv. 80.
No Implements match those filters.
All 14 Set Bonuses
The effect you get for wearing all four pieces of a set. 12 of the 14 sets have a bonus listed.
Queen's Divine Right
4 piecesThe words engraved into the Silverium Fount's key are "Heaven Granteth the Queen Power to Give, and to Take". The Queen; not the Queen and the nobles.
Ultimate Charge Efficiency +15% Increases the holder's Ultimate Charge Efficiency by 15%. When the character's Amplitude Multiplier exceeds 150%, all other team members gain 18% Amplitude Multiplier.
To Serve and Protect
4 piecesPerhaps a mere temporary measure in the knights' absence, for now. But there shall come a day when they grow to symbolise law and justness in the hearts of all.
Amplitude Multiplier +42% Increases the holder's Amplitude Multiplier by 42%. When the holder's Amplitude Coefficient exceeds 50%, they also gain Thunderous Fury, further increasing their Amplitude Multiplier by 42%.
Retainer's Code
4 piecesThe master's newspaper needs ironing, and the mistress's tea needs bringing to the perfect temperature: a maid's work is never done, and even when busy, they must remain elegant and composed. A fine maid always rises to meet the master's standards.
Increases the holder's HP by 12%. When the character's Ultimate Charge Efficiency exceeds 150%, all other team members gain 6% DMG.
The Pre-Argent Light
4 piecesIn times of old, before Silverium, mankind was presented with a different choice: whether to follow light and its virtuous glory. Those who did so reaped fine harvests, their granaries overflowing; they were never left wanting.
Ultimate Charge Efficiency +15% Increases the holder's Ultimate Charge Efficiency by 15%. When the character's CRIT DMG exceeds 150%, all other team members gain 18% CRIT DMG.

4 piecesI will practice medicine with integrity while holding the welfare of my patients as the ultimate priority. Never shall I wield the fruits of my studies to do evil; and if this oath is ever broken, then I shall stand accountable.
Increases the holder's Healing Bonus by 12%. When the character's Ultimate Charge Efficiency exceeds 150%, all other team members gain 8% ATK.
Cogs of the City
4 piecesDirt, dust, sweat, and tears. Though silent and forgotten, they are indispensable to Silvernia, for they are the cogs that keep it turning. Raise your torches, that they may get the respect they deserve.
Break Exploit +60 Increases the holder's Break Exploit by 60. When the character's Break Exploit exceeds 200, they also gain 25% Stun Buildup Bonus for 14s whenever they perform a Charged Attack.
Illusion of Life
4 piecesWhat appears to be the sea is not the sea. What appears to be life is not life. If that which is false is indistinguishable from the real, then where does the boundary between truth and falsehood lie?

Elitism

Centuries of Wisdom
4 piecesA great sage penned a comment upon a sacred symbol of old: "I am the true green and Golden Lion without cares. In me all the secrets of the Philosophers are hidden."
This set has no bonus text listed. Its four pieces and their stats are below.
Hey, Jack
4 piecesJack, oh Jack, you're such a knave.
A scoundrel who's left me looking the fool.
And I suppose I am, for I fall for your games.
Stun Buildup Bonus +25% Increases the holder's Stun Buildup Bonus by 25%. When the character's Stun Buildup Bonus exceeds 100%, landing a Basic Attack on an enemy or performing a Perfect Dodge grants 1 or 3 stacks of All In respectively. Each stack of All In increases their Charged DMG by 3% for 8s, stacking up to 3 times.
The Hunter and the Hunted
4 piecesMinnows are preyed on by larger fish. Yet there is always a bigger fish to be found...
Those who love the hunt inevitably find themselves as prey. The hunter becomes the hunted, a universal truth, is it not?
Increases the holder's ATK by 12%. When the character's Ultimate Charge Efficiency exceeds 150%, their ATK is further increased by 12%.
Séance Whispers
4 pieces"Just how much do you yearn to see your departed loved ones, to unveil the secrets of your grandmother's family? How much do you long to win over your sweetheart, to climb to heights of power and might?"
This set has no bonus text listed. Its four pieces and their stats are below.
Embers and Flame
4 piecesEndure through suffering, though it may seem endless. Defy the powers that be, though they may seem unstoppable.
Have love, and the strength to search onward: until the sparks of hope catch aflame, reborn in a fierce blaze.
Increases the holder's CRIT Rate by 15%. When the character's CRIT Rate exceeds 70%, each Ultimate use also increases their Basic Attack DMG by 15% for 16s.
City Grime Alliance
4 piecesThe paper-sellers, shoe-cleaners, messengers that sprint through the streets' grime and dirt... Their attire humble and unremarkable, their jobs even more so. Yet they scrawl down every tidbit of information that they catch wind of.
The holder grants an 8% DMG increase to all characters on the team who share the same Reactor Attribute.
How to read this list
Open any piece above for its main stats and substats at every rarity and every level, its set bonus, and the three siblings that complete the set. The grid is grouped by set, so the four pieces of a set sit together in slot order.
A few things stand out once you have all 14 sets side by side:
- Set bonuses are threshold effects. Almost every set gives the holder a flat stat and then a second, larger payoff once a stat crosses a line: Amplitude Coefficient over 50%, Ultimate Charge Efficiency over 150%, Break Exploit over 200. Because the base numbers are fixed, hitting a threshold is a matter of picking the right set and Epiphany, not of rolling well.
- Ultimate Charge Efficiency is the most contested stat. Queen's Divine Right and The Pre-Argent Light both grant 15% of it outright, and Retainer's Code, Hippocratic Oath and The Hunter and the Hunted all gate their second effect behind it. Explained in full in the glossary.
- Three sets pay the team rather than the wearer. Queen's Divine Right, The Pre-Argent Light and Retainer's Code all push their payoff onto everyone else in the lineup, which makes them support sets even when the numbers look offensive.
- 2 of the 14 sets have no bonus text listed. Centuries of Wisdom and Séance Whispers carry their pieces and their stats without a written bonus, so they appear below with the effect block left off.
Main stats follow the slot, not the set. Head and Neck carry DEF and HP, Secondary Weapon and Accessory carry ATK and DEF, and the substat spread is what separates one set's Head from another's.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is an Implement in Silver Palace?
An Implement is one of the four gear pieces a character equips alongside their Motive and their Epiphany: a Head, a Neck, a Secondary Weapon and an Accessory. Every Implement belongs to a set, and wearing four pieces of the same set grants that set bonus. The Secondary Weapon slot here is gear and has nothing to do with Motives, which are the separate weapon layer.
How many Implements are in Silver Palace?
There are 56 distinct Implement pieces, arranged as 14 sets of four with one piece per slot. Each piece exists at five rarity tiers, gray, green, blue, purple and orange, which brings the total number of entries to 280.
Do Implement substats roll?
No. The in-game UI labels the stat lines on a piece substats, but they are fixed. Every copy of the same piece at the same rarity and level carries identical values, so a duplicate drop is never an upgrade. The only rollable substats in Silver Palace live on your one Epiphany.
How does Implement rarity work?
Rarity does not change what a piece does, only how large its fixed numbers are. Death Is Now the Phoenix’ Nest at Lv. 60 carries 3.09% ATK at green and 6.18% ATK at purple, the same two stat lines scaled up. The ladder runs gray, green, blue, purple, orange, and a piece keeps the same stat lines the whole way up.
Do you level up Implements?
No. A piece arrives at its level and stays there, so there is no upgrade material to feed it. Copies appear at Lv. 20, 40, 60, 70, 80, and your character's own level has to match or exceed the piece before you can equip it.
What is the difference between an Implement and an Epiphany?
Both sit on the Character Simulation screen, but they behave differently. You equip four Implements from one set for a set bonus, and their stats are fixed. You equip exactly one Epiphany, its substats roll, and it carries a unique named effect instead of a set bonus.
