Where Silver Palace is available
You can sign up almost anywhere in the world. Here is the country list, the two places the iPhone version is missing, and what to do if you are in one of them.
Short version. You can sign up for Silver Palace almost anywhere in the world, and if your app
store is not showing it, there is a way around that which takes about thirty seconds.
Sign-ups opened everywhere on August 28, 2026. We went through the app stores country by country
on August 30, 2026 to see where the game actually shows up, and it is nearly everywhere. Two countries
came back empty, and there is an easy fix for those.
Is it available where you live?
On Android, yes. Google Play showed the game in every country we tried, with no exceptions.
On iPhone, the App Store listing is live in 22 countries across Europe, including Germany,
France, the UK, Ireland, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Norway, Denmark,
Finland, Poland, Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Romania and Luxembourg.
If you are somewhere on that list and still cannot find it, try searching for the publisher instead
of the game. Elementa Games. The title is easy to scroll past.
The two countries where it is missing
The Netherlands and Belgium. On iPhone only, the App Store listing is not there at all.
If that is you, it is not your phone and it is not you doing it wrong. We looked several times
across one day, and we also searched those same two stores for Genshin Impact and Spotify. Both
turned up straight away. So the stores work, the game just is not listed on them.
Android is fine in both countries, so if you have an Android phone or tablet lying around, that
route works today.
Nobody knows why. Elementa has not said a word about it, and we are not going to guess at a reason
on their behalf.
The fix, and it takes half a minute
Sign up on Elementa's own website instead. It takes your sign-up for all four platforms, PC,
PlayStation 5, iPhone and Android, no matter what country your store account is set to. All it
wants is an email address. It is free, and it is the only sign-up that actually counts toward the
public pre-registration number everyone keeps quoting.
That is genuinely the whole answer for most people. You do not need to change any account settings,
and you should not need to pay anyone anything.
You can also switch your Apple account over to another country, but think twice before you do.
Apple wants a payment method and a real billing address in the new country, and it asks you to
spend whatever balance you have and cancel your subscriptions first. For a game that has not come
out yet, sitting on the email list is a lot less hassle.

Three things that change depending on where you are
The age rating on the store page. Same game, same listing, but the badge changes with the
country you are browsing from.

Everywhere adds the same line about in-game purchases including random items, which is the
gacha warning. Germany is the only one that treats the spending itself as something worth flagging.

The language you play in. Ten languages are listed: English, French, German, Spanish, Russian,
Japanese, Korean, Thai, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. That covers menus and subtitles.
Nobody has said yet which ones get voice acting.
Which store you can buy from. On PC the game is only on the Epic Games Store, and Epic is not
equally easy to reach everywhere in the world. If that is your situation, the phone and PlayStation
versions are listed separately and are not affected.
Three things that do not change
- The release date. There is no separate European or American or Asian date, because there is no
date at all yet. One worldwide launch, whenever it comes. That January 31, 2027 you may have seen
on the App Store is a placeholder Apple makes them put in, not a real date. - Your server. There are no regional servers. Elementa has never announced any, and both test
rounds ran with no server to pick. If you find a site listing EU, NA and Asia servers for this
game, they made them up. - The game itself. One version worldwide. No censored builds, no separate Chinese release.
Frequently asked questions
Is Silver Palace available in my country?
Almost certainly yes. Sign-ups opened worldwide on August 28, 2026, and Google Play shows the game in every country we have tried. There is one exception we found. On iPhone, the App Store listing does not show up in the Netherlands or Belgium. Android works fine in both.
Why can I not find Silver Palace on the App Store?
If you are in the Netherlands or Belgium, it is not you. The listing genuinely is not there. We checked it several times in one day and also searched for Genshin Impact and Spotify on the same stores, and both of those showed up normally, so the store itself works fine. Elementa has never said why. Everywhere else, try searching for the publisher name, Elementa Games, since the game is easy to miss by title.
Is Silver Palace region locked?
No. There is no region lock, no separate servers and no country you get shut out of. One worldwide launch, one version of the game. Both test rounds ran with no region to pick at all.
Can I still sign up if the app store does not show the game?
Yes, and this is the bit most people miss. Elementa’s own website takes your sign-up for all four platforms no matter what country your store account is set to. It takes an email address, it is free, and it is the only sign-up that counts toward the public pre-registration total.
Will a VPN let me download Silver Palace?
A VPN lets you browse another country’s store and see what is listed there, and it keeps your connection private while you do it. What it will not do on its own is move your App Store account to another country, because that is tied to your Apple account and the billing address on it. If you just want to be first in line at launch, the official website sign-up works from anywhere and you do not need anything else.
