Lorin is the Chief Inspector of the River Constabulary, and the writing plays him as dutiful but weary: permanently behind on paperwork, lecturing his constables over their reports, and answering to a Navy superintendent who treats his whole department as an afterthought. He is also the character who sets the Dichotomy beta's plot in motion, calling the Detective back to Silvernia to work the Nameless Ashes case and personally attaching the two-person rule that drives the assistant interviews. Charged Attack: Hold the Basic Attack button to throw a hook, dealing Fulmen DMG and gaining 12 Street Smarts. At the higher level, it becomes a flurry of punches dealing Fulmen DMG and gaining 20 Street Smarts.
Pursuit Attack: After Dodging or during a Dash, press the Basic Attack button to unleash a Pursuit Attack, dealing Fulmen DMG and gaining 5 Street Smarts.
Strategic Retreat (Skill)
Upon reaching full Street Smarts, press the Skill button to consume it all and unleash a powerful uppercut that deals Fulmen DMG. Max Street Smarts: 80. Street Smarts gained per second: 1.
Non-Lethal Current (Ultimate)
Upon reaching full charge, press the Ultimate button to activate the Reactors affixed to Lorin's electric boxing gloves, smashing them into the ground to deal massive Fulmen DMG.
Conflict Interception (Tactical Assault)
Switch in the selected character while having sufficient Reactor Energy to unleash a charged punch, dealing Fulmen DMG and fully restoring Street Smarts.
