At 10 stacks, the holder also gains 1 stack of Pomegranate Kiss. Upon landing a Glacies Ultimate, 1 stack of Pomegranate Kiss is consumed to deal 100 Glacies Resonance to the target.
The effect is fixed: it does not change as you upgrade the substats, and it is identical on every copy of this title.
