Increases the holder's Ultimate Charge Efficiency by 25%. With every 100 ATK gained, the holder grants a 1% ATK increase to all characters on the team who share the same Reactor Attribute, up to a maximum of 30%.
The effect is fixed: it does not change as you upgrade the substats, and it is identical on every copy of this title.
