Each duplicate copy you feed in raises one substat by a step. The main stat is fixed.

Last of Mother Earth's children was a huge, hundred-headed serpent. If any drew its ire, with a furious gaze it'd belch forth flames from each head.

The king of the gods hurled a titanic thunderbolt to slay the fearsome beast, and so flame and lightning clashed amid the skies for a time. No god dared to step into the fray, and could only wait with bated breath to see who emerged the victor...

Epiphany Effect

Vengeance From the Void

Affix

Increases the holder's ATK by 24% and grants Thunderclap. Thunderclap increases DMG as follows: for every 10 HP lost, DMG is increased by 0.022% up to a maximum of 22%; during Thunderous Fury, Thunderclap's DMG increase is calculated based on Max HP up to a maximum of 22%.

The effect is fixed: it does not change as you upgrade the substats, and it is identical on every copy of this title.

Who should equip this

Rex, a Fulmen Resonance DPS in Silver Palace

Live only on the To Serve and Protect 4-piece, which is his best set anyway. Past 50% Amplitude Coefficient it grants Thunderous Fury, and Thunderclap then reads off Max HP rather than health lost, for 24% ATK and a flat 22% DMG. Bloodline Feud still pays more on a Resonance carry.
