Increases the holder's Ultimate Charge Efficiency by 20%. Upon triggering a Resonance Effect, for every 1% of their Amplitude Coefficient gained, all characters on the team gain 0.1% DMG for 40s, up to a maximum of 10%.
The effect is fixed: it does not change as you upgrade the substats, and it is identical on every copy of this title.
