Silver Palace Companionship & Interactions

Raising Trust buys scenes, not just a number. All 46 unlocks across13 characters, which Trust level pays each one, and the 7 scenes written for a single person.

46 unlocks13 characters7 unique scenes

Most gacha games stop at an affinity bar. You feed a character presents, a number goes up, and somewhere around the top they say something warmer than usual. Silver Palace does that too, but the thing the bar is actually buying is a set of scenes, and the mirror holds all 46 of them.

They are worth knowing about before you start spending, because the good ones sit at the top of the ladder and the ladder is not cheap.

This guide covers the whole system: what each unlock kind is, which Trust level pays it, who gets a scene nobody else does, and the eight achievements that quietly describe a part of the game nothing else documents. The gift catalogue and the Trust EXP arithmetic live on the gifts page; one character's own list is on their character page. This page is the cross-character view neither of those can give you.

The four kinds of unlock

Trust pays out Ounce and study books at every level like any affinity system. Alongside those it pays tokens that unlock something, and they come in four kinds. The wording is the game's own.

Companionship. "Lets you spend time with them in Companionship Mode throughout Silvernia." This is the one that takes a character out of the menu and into the city with you. Every character has it.

A personal letter. "Lets you receive letters from them." Also universal.

An Interaction. "Lets you interact with them." These are the scenes: holding hands, a dance, a nap. Thirteen characters have a Holding Hands token and six have a second one written for them alone.

A Rendezvous. "Lets you Rendezvous with Alf." Exactly one exists in the whole dataset, and the game words it differently from an Interaction, so it is filed apart on purpose rather than by accident.

The Trust ladder, and where the scenes sit

Every character runs the same 5 levels at the same cost: 780 Trust EXP end to end, which 8 preferred gifts cover at 100 EXP each.

Trust level Total EXP Preferred gifts Unlock kind paid here Characters paid
Lv.1 100 1 Companionship 12 of 13
Lv.2 250 3 A personal letter 12 of 13
Lv.3 470 5 Rendezvous 1 of 13
Lv.4 780 8 Interaction 4 of 13
Lv.5 780 8 Interaction 6 of 13

The shape of that table is the useful part. The two universal unlocks land immediately, at Lv.1 and Lv.2, for roughly a gift and a half. Everything with a scene attached sits at Lv.4 and Lv.5, which is the back half of the 8 gifts and 80,000 Ounce.

So if you are raising Trust to see the scenes, there is no partial credit. Getting to Lv.2 is cheap and buys you a letter. Getting to Lv.5 costs more than three times as much and is the only thing that buys a scene.

Every character's unlocks

13 characters have Trust unlocks. The roster is 15, and the two Detective rows are placeholder shells upstream with no bio and no Trust data, which is why they are absent rather than empty.

Character Tokens Unlocks, with the level that pays each
"Cinderella" 3 Companionship (Lv.1), Letter (Lv.2), Holding Hands (Lv.4)
Argos 3 Companionship (Lv.1), Letter (Lv.2), Holding Hands (not paid)
Alf 5 Companionship (Lv.1), Letter (Lv.2), Master Chef Maid! (Lv.3), Holding Hands (Lv.4), Well Done, Alf (Lv.5)
Lorin 3 Companionship (Lv.1), Letter (Lv.2), Holding Hands (not paid)
Firtho 4 Companionship (Lv.1), Letter (Lv.2), Holding Hands (not paid), Physical Exam (Lv.5)
Cynthia II 4 Companionship (Lv.1), Letter (Lv.2), Holding Hands (Lv.4), A Cosy Sit-Down Nap (Lv.5)
Rex 4 Companionship (Lv.1), Letter (Lv.2), Holding Hands (not paid), Come, Chalky (Lv.5)
Red Rose 4 Companionship (Lv.1), Letter (Lv.2), Holding Hands (not paid), A Dance for Two (Lv.5)
Gucia 3 Companionship (Lv.1), Letter (Lv.2), Holding Hands (not paid)
Captain Kaboom 3 Companionship (Lv.1), Letter (Lv.2), Holding Hands (Lv.4)
Grimm 3 Companionship (not paid), Letter (not paid), Holding Hands (not paid)
Bentham 4 Companionship (Lv.1), Letter (Lv.2), Holding Hands (not paid), Lean on You (Lv.5)
Gratia 3 Companionship (Lv.1), Letter (Lv.2), Holding Hands (not paid)

Three things in that table are worth reading twice.

Grimm has the tokens and no ladder. Grimm carries a Companionship token, a letter and a Holding Hands scene, all three saying they are rewards for raising his Trust, and his Trust reward table is empty in the mirror. He is the only character in that state.

A Holding Hands token that no Trust level pays exists for 8 characters. Argos, Lorin, Firtho, Rex, Red Rose, Gucia, Bentham and Gratia. Only "Cinderella", Alf, Cynthia II and Captain Kaboom have it on the ladder, at Lv.4. The item exists for everyone; the payout does not. Nothing in the data says why, and this page is not going to invent a reason.

Some ladders stop after the letter. Argos, Lorin, Gucia and Gratia are paid nothing at Lv.3, Lv.4 or Lv.5. For them, maxing Trust buys Ounce, a bookmark, a Standard Shot and 50 Reactor Crystals, and no scene at all.

Read together, that is a system caught mid-build. Two kinds are finished and universal; the scene layer is populated for some characters and not others.

The 7 scenes written for one character

Everything below belongs to exactly one person. This is the part of the system that is actually about the character rather than about the mechanic.

Scene Kind Character Paid at
Master Chef Maid! Rendezvous Alf Lv.3
Well Done, Alf Interaction Alf Lv.5
Physical Exam Interaction Firtho Lv.5
A Cosy Sit-Down Nap Interaction Cynthia II Lv.5
Come, Chalky Interaction Rex Lv.5
A Dance for Two Interaction Red Rose Lv.5
Lean on You Interaction Bentham Lv.5

A few of them tell you something the character page does not.

Come, Chalky is Rex calling a dog, and it is the only unlock that reaches into another system entirely. Chalky is one of his two Doberman police dogs, the other being Radar, and both are summoned by his Ultimate before the lightning lands. His Intel entry explains that "Centimeter-wave Radar" came out of a naval studies book after some consideration, then trails off at the second name, allowing only that Rex seems pleased with it. A voice line calls "Chalky, Radar, sit! Good boys" and another asks Chalky to stop eating things off the ground. The name origins post reads the pair as a Cerberus reference; the interaction is where you get to pet one.

Physical Exam for Firtho and Well Done, Alf are both scenes built out of the character's job rather than out of romance, which is a quieter design choice than the genre usually makes.

A Dance for Two is Red Rose's, and it is the scene the community has posted most about. Fitting for a dancer.

Master Chef Maid! is Alf's Rendezvous, and Alf is the only character with both a Rendezvous and a personal Interaction. She has 5 tokens where most characters have three.

The Well Connected achievements

Eight achievements, 130 Reactor Crystals, and the only published description of what you actually do with a character once the scenes are unlocked.

Achievement Goal Reactor Crystals
Shared Destiny Max out the Trust of 1 character. 10
A Burden Shared Max out the Trust of 5 characters. 20
A Budding Bond Engage in more than 10 interactions with a single character. 10
Santa Claus Give a total of more than 100 gifts across all characters. 10
Preferential Treatment Give a total of more than 100 gifts to a single character. 30
Anywhere, Everywhere Host a character in every area of the Detective's Office. 10
Always a Cup for You Invite a character to the Detective's Office for 30 consecutive days. 20
Together With You Spend a total of 100 minutes keeping company with a character. 20

Three of those goals describe a system nothing else in the data covers. Anywhere, Everywhere asks you to host a character in every area of the Detective's Office, Always a Cup for You to invite one for 30 consecutive days, and Together With You to spend 100 minutes keeping company. So the office is a place you bring people to, it has more than one area, and the game counts the days.

How many areas, and what each one is, has not been published. The achievement names them collectively and stops there.

A Budding Bond is the other useful one: more than 10 interactions with a single character. Interactions repeat. The Lv.5 scene is not a cutscene you watch once.

How this fits with gifts and character pages

Three surfaces cover this system and they do not overlap.

The gifts page has the 18-gift catalogue, which characters prefer what, and the Trust EXP arithmetic. Start there if the question is what to buy.

A character page lists that one character's own unlocks against their own Trust levels. Go there if you have picked someone.

This page is the comparison: who has a scene and who does not, and where in the ladder each one sits. That is the part you need before you commit 8 gifts and 80,000 Ounce to one person.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Companionship Mode in Silver Palace?

Companionship Mode lets you spend time with one character around Silvernia rather than only in a menu. It is a Trust reward, not a purchase: reaching Trust Lv.1 with a character pays a token whose description reads "Lets you spend time with them in Companionship Mode throughout Silvernia". Every one of the 13 characters with Trust data has one.

How do you unlock interactions in Silver Palace?

By raising a character's Trust with gifts. The ladder runs 5 levels and 780 Trust EXP in total, which 8 preferred gifts cover at 100 EXP each. Companionship Mode arrives at Lv.1 and the personal letter at Lv.2. Interaction scenes sit higher, at Lv.4 and Lv.5, and not every character has one on their ladder.

Which Silver Palace characters have unique interactions?

7: Alf (Master Chef Maid!), Alf (Well Done, Alf), Firtho (Physical Exam), Cynthia II (A Cosy Sit-Down Nap), Rex (Come, Chalky), Red Rose (A Dance for Two), Bentham (Lean on You). Alf is the only character with two, because her Rendezvous scene sits alongside her Lv.5 interaction.

What is a Rendezvous in Silver Palace?

A separate unlock kind from an Interaction, and only one exists: Rendezvous - Master Chef Maid!, paid at Alf's Trust Lv.3. Its description reads "Lets you Rendezvous with Alf" rather than "Lets you interact with Alf", so the game files it apart deliberately.

Does every character have a Holding Hands interaction?

Every one of the 13 has the item. Only 4 have it on their Trust ladder: "Cinderella", Alf, Cynthia II and Captain Kaboom. For the other 8 the token exists and no Trust level pays it in the mirrored beta data. Whether that is an unfinished ladder or a second source is not stated anywhere, so this page does not guess.

How many gifts does it take to unlock every interaction?

8 preferred gifts per character, since the last unlock sits at the top of the ladder. At the Gift Shop's flat 10,000 Ounce that is 80,000 Ounce for one character, and the shop restocks weekly.

What does the Well Connected achievement group reward?

8 achievements paying 130 Reactor Crystals in total. Three of them are the only published evidence of the Detective's Office hosting side: inviting a character in, hosting one in every area, and keeping company for 100 minutes.
