Silver Palace Argos Guide: Bartender Support Build
Argos, Silver Palace's 4-star bartender support with a cane gun: his sustain role, build direction, team fit, and value as an accessible healer.

The Eye of Argos
Bartender
★★★★
A tier (Always welcome)
Bartending Insight gives every character on the team 1000 ATK after his Ultimate, plus another 10 per point of Argos's own Max HP up to 150, for 40 seconds. Nothing else hands out a flat number that size, and it reads on any carry regardless of attribute. Confession fills on its own while he is off the field, so his whole turn is a swap-in, one charge attack, an Ultimate and out. Build him HP rather than ATK: the buff scales off his Max HP, so his gear is where the team's damage actually comes from.
See the full tier list"At your service, patron. Whether it's throwin' hands or passin' notes in a test: count me in." Memoirs, alumni books, and case files: words like reflections in wine. Argos works in a bar where all sorts of people gather, and he carries a cane gun at all times, a helpful tool for deterring inebriated troublemakers. Of course, Argos prefers conversing with his shakers. He can support his fellow partners in combat: those exhausted in battle can always count on Argos to offer a freshly shaken mix with therapeutic properties. A young bartender with a silver tongue, he joined MISS to get to the top, and now lurks behind the bar, listening and waiting, knowing precisely when to charm with words and when to let silence do the work.
In the Dichotomy Beta story, Argos tends the Memoir Bar, the warm, oak-scented haunt where the returning Detective's journey begins. He greets the Detective like a returning legend, pours a strong, sweet house drink called the 'city wanderer' on the house, and notes that many people have been waiting for this return, among them Chief Inspector Lorin. True to his support role, Argos offers to secure testimonies 'even from the deceased', casting himself as an assistant, a dash of mixer to complement a strong liquor.
A male member of the Maid Institute, Society, and Services; something of a rarity. Seemingly works as a normal bartender at the Memoir Bar, but there's more to him than meets the eye.
A rather fine conversationalist, and a jack of all trades, apparently, he has considerable experience from working all kinds of jobs around High Peers.
A master of the cocktail shaker... I might just go and order a little nightcap from him tonight.

Argos's Identity is Witness, which is what puts the Witness line on this list rather than another Identity's.

The most flexible support on the roster. Confession accumulates on its own, so he swaps in, fires the Cane Gun, lands one charge attack and an Ultimate, then leaves. The buffs are large and read on almost any carry.
Swap in once Confession has filled
It regenerates passively, so no on-field build-up is needed
Press Skill for Celebratory Champagne
Spends the bar and grants Piercing Gaze, which empowers the next charge attack
Land the empowered Charge Attack
This is what applies the team-wide damage buff
Press Ultimate for The Eye of Argos
Leaves a damaging domain and grants the large team ATK buff, which scales with his Max HP
Swap to your carry
The buff window is long enough that he does not need to stay
Implement stats are fixed rather than rolled, so a set is a decision you make once. The short answer is Retainer's Code. See the equipment guide for how the four slots and the Epiphany fit together.
Increases the holder's HP by 12%. When the character's Ultimate Charge Efficiency exceeds 150%, all other team members gain 6% DMG.
Why Argos: His buffs are universal rather than attribute-locked, and so is this set's payoff: push Ultimate Charge Efficiency past 150% and the whole team gains DMG, which reads on any carry exactly the way his own buffs do.
Ultimate Charge Efficiency +15%Increases the holder's Ultimate Charge Efficiency by 15%. When the character's Amplitude Multiplier exceeds 150%, all other team members gain 18% Amplitude Multiplier.
Why Argos: Confession accumulates on its own and his rotation is one charge attack into an Ultimate, so raw Ultimate Charge Efficiency shortens the gap between swap-ins.
One Epiphany per character, and the effect never changes: duplicates raise the substats and leave the effect text alone. The short answer is The Red Shoes. See the equipment guide for where the slot sits, or all 30 Epiphanies.
Ultimate Charge Efficiency +30%Increases the holder's Ultimate Charge Efficiency by 20%. When they deal Ultimate DMG, all characters on the team gain 1 stack of Sanguine Step. Each stack of Sanguine Step increases CRIT DMG by 14% for 40s, stacking up to 3 times.
Why Argos: 42% team CRIT DMG with no attribute condition, which matches a support who is brought for almost any carry. Confession accumulates on its own, so he can reach the Ultimate that applies it on a short swap-in.
Ultimate Charge Efficiency +30%Increases the holder's Ultimate Charge Efficiency by 20%. Upon unleashing their Tactical Assault, Skill, or Ultimate, they gain 1 Testing Records stack, lasting 40s and stacking up to 3 times. Testing Records stacks are consumed when a character unleashes their Tactical Assault, increasing their Amplitude Multiplier by 41.5% for 16s.
Why Argos: Testing Records builds on his Tactical Assault, Skill and Ultimate, then a teammate's Tactical Assault spends it for 41.5% Amplitude Multiplier. That is the version to run behind a Resonance DPS, where CRIT DMG is wasted.
During Piercing Gaze, Argos's Lv. 2 Charged Attack increases the DMG dealt by all characters on the team by 20% on hit.
Increases Argos's Tactical Assault DMG by 20%.
Argos's skills reduce the enemy's DEF by 15% for 40s.
Increases Argos's Ultimate DMG by 10%.
After Argos uses his Ultimate, he increases the Glacies DMG of all characters on the team by 15% for 40s. Does not stack.
During Piercing Gaze, Argos's Final DMG increases by 10%.

Character Quote
My MISS level...? A gentleman never tells, I'm afraid... Oh, I'm just joking. It's nothing much.
Scattered Thoughts
Let's have a little heart-to-heart. Not as a patron and an employee. Just... as old mates.
Inner Feelings
"Every dog has its day!" Well, I had trouble believing in that, but then you showed up and injected some confidence in me.
Greeting
Plenty of interesting things happened in the city while you were away, patron. Interested in the details?
Outside the Detective's Office
Rest...? Well, I don't know about that. But I'm happy to mix you something up, if you've drinks in your Detective's Office.
Casual Chat
Don't just stand around, patron, tell me where you wish to go! I may just know a shortcut.
Riding: I
I was a part-time stable hand for The Knights. Taking care of their huge chargers is no easy task.
Riding: II
I gotta be careful. If I put a dent on this, my MISS stipend would hardly cover the damages.
Riding: Speeding Up
Let's go!
Riding: Sudden Stop
HALT!
Riding: Flying
WHOA! How exhilarating, looking down on everyone else!
Lucky Find: I
Blimey, jackpot! Didn't even have to try.
Lucky Find: II
A pretty penny indeed! I'm starting to think bartending isn't as lucrative as I'd once thought!
Inspect
Time to play the detective!
Expose
A quick word, if you please.
Battle Start: I
Alright, let's get this shift started!
Battle Start: II
It's an honour to fight along your side again, patron.
Tactical Assault: I
At your service, patron!
Tactical Assault: II
Now, it's my shift!
Entering Battle
Your orders?
Skill
Catch your breath.
Parry
Oh, do behave yourself.
Dodge
Blast! I almost spilled my drink!
Wounded
What a disastrous turn of events...
Exhausted
Didn't... make the cut...
Ultimate: I
Take a quick sip and liven your spirits a bit!
Ultimate: II
You owe me a cocktail shaker!
Execute: I
Sorry, duty calls!
Execute: II
Ugh, missed, heh heh, I'm just joking with you!
Victory: I
I've just the cocktail for clearing the scene, and another for destroying evidence... May I take your order?
Victory: II
At your service, as always, patron. Whether we're charging into battle, or clinking a glass together.
First Meeting
Not all are of your stature, my dear patron; consider me a supporting role, if you will. An assistant: like a dash of mixer to complement a strong liquor, perhaps.
Preparation for Action: I
What can I do for you?
Preparation for Action: II
Seventy-thirty, your way.
Potential Growth
I am simply pleased to be of service!
Potential Break
You're ever so kind. I must say, I was never treated this well in MISS...
Nighttime
An investigation by nightfall, eh? Exciting! I'd always thought bartending a thrill, but detective life is something else entirely.
Nighttime
Smell that earthy tone in the air? This rain won't last long. We bartenders are well-attuned to the finer details, you see.
At the Memoir Bar
Wondering why they call it the "Memoir Bar"? Perhaps from the memories that float to our minds after a cocktail or three. What'll you be having?
Each Potential Break raises Argos's level cap to the level shown. Taking Argos through all 6 costs 134,400 Ounce plus Rectified Condensate Concentrate, Recyclable Whitesand, Wax Droplet, Layered Wax Coating, Slender Wax Wick and Wax Infinitus. Argos is Glacies, so the Reactor Attribute material is Rectified Condensate Concentrate.
